Bid Manager
£45,000-£55,000 + Hybrid + Private Health Care

Are you a BID Manager or similar looking to move into a for a varied role where you can take ownership of bids and tenders across a diverse group of companies? Do you want to join an expanding business where you will have the opportunity to lead end-to-end bids, work with technical and commercial teams?
On offer is the opportunity to join an established and growing multi-disciplinary Group working across sports infrastructure, environmental design, construction, consultancy and research. You will work on a varied portfolio of UK and international tenders, with responsibility for developing bid strategies, coordinating stakeholders and delivering high-quality submissions.
In this role, you will manage bids and RFPs from initial opportunity qualification through to final submission, developing win themes and response plans, coordinating internal contributors and writing and editing compelling proposal content. You will also help improve bid processes, templates, content libraries and best practice across the Group.

This role would suit a Bid Manager, Senior Bid Writer, Proposal Manager or similar with experience managing complex tenders and multiple stakeholders, looking for a varied position within a growing organisation.
The Role
- Lead end-to-end bids, tenders and RFPs from opportunity qualification through to submission
- Develop bid strategies, win themes and response plans in line with client requirements
- Coordinate technical, operational and commercial teams, managing deadlines and review stages
- Write, edit and tailor executive summaries, methodologies, project approaches and quality/social value responses
The Person
- Proven experience as a Bid Manager, Senior Bid Writer, Proposal Manager or similar
- Experience managing complex bids and multiple concurrent opportunities
