With a focus on excellence and integrity, the work winning team take pride in their diverse portfolio of successful bids. Due to growth and internal promotions, the company are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Bid Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire bid process, from initial identification of opportunities to bid submission.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather relevant information for bid proposals.
- Analyse project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive and competitive bid proposals.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction bid management.

- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Bid Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
