Bid Manager - UK*C DV Cleared
Gloucester - Hybrid
Up to £70K per annum
Bid Manager - UK*C DV Cleared is needed to work with a top international firm that delivers mission-critical engineering and strategic solutions and strengthen national security and defence readiness worldwide. They are trusted to enhance resilience, capability, and performance across land, air, sea, and critical infrastructure environments.
As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for the day to-day management of the bid from capture to handover to delivery. Owning the Bid Management Plan and bid budget. You will build and lead high-performing bid teams, overseeing commercial strategy and pricing while ensuring successful bid delivery through the Shipley methodology.

Skills:
- Active UK*C DV clearance.
- APMP certification
- Experience of successfully delivering bids, from early inception to ITT stage.
- Experience of structured bid processes.
