🚨 Bid Manager – We're Hiring! 🚨

πŸ’· Β£45,000–£55,000 depending on experience

We're looking for an experienced Bid Manager with a proven track record of winning tenders to join a growing engineering business.
You'll own the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity and bid/no-bid through to submission, leading the development of compelling technical and commercial proposals.

What we're looking for

  • Proven bid management and tender-winning experience
  • Strong proposal writing skills
  • Experience managing complex tenders and formal procurement processes
  • Framework experience would be highly desirable
  • Ideally from an engineering, infrastructure, M&E, power, utilities or similar environment
  • Confident managing technical, commercial and senior stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, deadlines and compliance
  • Proactive approach to improving the bid-to-win process
