Projects Bid Management Specialist (Project Manager) – Hybrid
This is a key position in the Proposals & Estimation (P&E) Organization responsible for leading P&E Efforts on Key Sales Opportunities for existing customers and potential clients. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient development of estimates, proposal, and prices in alignment with Sales, Operations, and Supporting Functions. This is a hybrid role, 3 (office) + 2 (home) model.

Key responsibilities
- Lead P&E Efforts on Key Sales Opportunities from Bid-No Bid approval until Order is booked, including the coordination and, when required, development of the proposal in all aspects, including support on the technical solution and cost calculation.
- Create and Maintain Bid Plan and Review/Update Action Rail, coordinate follow-up call, assign actions, and support in making them done in the proper time.
- Support Project Team to create Project Delivery Plan, including Labor Histogram, Project Schedule, and WBS, sometimes drafting those by himself/herself.
- Being open to support bid team virtually or face-to-face, traveling to different locations, if needed, and also creating and coordinating full team focus sessions to close the offer/bid.
- Review the value proposition, ensuring we offer the best solution to the customer while being aligned with Honeywell Strategy (BTI, NPI, first-party content initiatives).

Key skills and qualifications
- 5+ years of Bid Management or Project Management experience.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience of the Bid Management process and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of BMS, HVAC, Security, Fire.
- Understanding of complex installation projects in buildings and critical infatuation infrastructures.
- Fluent English (another European language is a plus).
