At Kingdom, we're ambitious, growing and people-focused. We deliver award-winning Security, Cleaning, Recruitment and Training services across the UK and are recognised for providing exceptional service with care.
As our Security Division continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to play a critical role in securing new business and retaining key customer partnerships.
This is not a bid administration role.
This is an opportunity to own the tender process, influence strategy, challenge thinking, and directly contribute to winning major contracts across the security sector.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Principal Sales Director, you will manage the full end-to-end tender process, leading multiple opportunities simultaneously and translating complex customer requirements into compelling, compliant and winning submissions.
You will work alongside senior leaders, operational experts and subject matter specialists to create security solutions that stand out from the competition.
If you're competitive, commercially minded, love writing winning responses and thrive under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
