ABOUT THE ROLE

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end public sector bid processes (RFIs/RFPs) for SaaS and PaaS solutions across public sector, education, and non-profit lines of business.
  • Conduct opportunity analyses and participate in key Go/No-Go decision-making sessions.
  • Structure, write, and edit compelling, compliant bid content from scratch, leveraging boilerplate libraries and modern AI tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs across Sales, Solution Engineering, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Build and manage detailed response schedules and deadlines across multiple simultaneous tender efforts.
  • Curate, update, and maintain a centralised library of completed responses and market-tailored content.
  • Facilitate post-bid After Action Reviews to capture lessons learned and drive process efficiencies.

ABOUT YOU

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management or proposal development for government and public sector solicitations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical writing experience within technology consulting, cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and proposal management software (e.g., Loopio, Qvidian, RFPio, or Avnio).
  • Bring familiarity with APMP/Shipley proposal best practices or relevant certifications (APMP/PMP).
  • Thrives as a self-motivated team player in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
