IT Bid Manager
3 days per week onsite - London or Leicester

We are representing a well-renowned logistics company looking for a IT Bid Manager to join their team at a pivotal time on their transformation journey. The business is undergoing a period of significant growth, transformation, and technology modernisation, creating an ideal environment for an IT Bid Manager to make a real impact.
As the IT Bid Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of technology-focused tender responses. You will have responsibility for defining and delivering the technical aspects of bids, ensuring that the technology solutions are compelling and aligned with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment between franchising requirements and relevant product roadmaps
- Drive improved value from existing suppliers as well as support the evolution and selection of suppliers
- Translate franchising and bid requirements into co-ordinated product inputs
- Review tender documents and extract all technology-related requirements
- Create compelling technical narratives that clearly communicate the organisation's technology capabilities and solutions
- Work closely with Product, Platform, Architecture, and Technology teams to develop accurate and competitive responses

We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in bid, proposal, or tender management within a technology-focused environment
- Experience working with a public transport business
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
