Talent Frame are delighted to partner with our client on a Bid Manager role. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end bid process within a reputable architecture and construction environment, focusing on high-value proposals that support the organisation’s growth and industry positioning.
Location:
London based, hybrid working (3 days in, 2 days wfh).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire bid lifecycle in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
- Develop compelling bid documents using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, maintaining high visual and editorial standards.
- Maintain and organise the internal bid library.
- Analyse bid outcomes, share insights on successes and losses, and develop strategies to improve future bid performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to craft proposals and presentation content.
- Implement and suggest improvements to bid processes, increasing efficiency and quality.
- Track regional and sector-specific opportunities, communicating these effectively across different channels.
- Provide leadership to the bids team, overseeing workload management and fostering a collaborative environment.

Person Specification
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end bid process within architecture, property, engineering, or construction industries.
- Demonstrable leadership with experience overseeing bids or proposals direct reports.
- In-depth InDesign skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Confident in working with procurement portals and various submission platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Sound understanding of procurement frameworks, methods, and compliance standards.
- Ability to adapt communication styles to diverse audiences and manage competing priorities effectively.
