We're Hiring: Bid Manager

JPM Contracts Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to take ownership of our tendering function and support the continued growth of our construction business.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in securing new projects, working closely with senior management and our commercial and operational teams to deliver high-quality, competitive tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full tender process from initial review through to final submission.
  • Prepare and coordinate compelling, high-quality tender responses and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with estimators, quantity surveyors, contracts managers, and site teams to gather tender information.
  • Review tender requirements, ensure compliance, and manage submission deadlines.
  • Maintain and develop tender documentation, project case studies, and company information.
  • Monitor tender outcomes and identify opportunities to improve future submissions.

About You

  • Proven experience in bid management or tender preparation, within the construction industry.
  • Excellent written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of tender documentation and procurement requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
  • Experience with public-sector tenders and procurement portals.
