This role is hybrid, with weekly travel to our London office (average 3 days per week).
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage end-to-end bid activities across multiple opportunities.
- Coordinate diverse teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling bid submissions.
- Drive bid governance, planning, and execution to meet challenging deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sopra Steria, partner organisations, and suppliers.
- Support the development of winning strategies and customer-focused solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid excellence and best practice.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrable Bid Management experience, working across all stages of the entire bid process with a successful record of accomplishment, winning bids in a competitive market.
- Highly competent in use of MS Office tools.
- Experienced user of project planning software e.g. MS Project.
- Demonstrate a sales orientation with an understanding of bid management best practice.

It would be great if you had:
- Member of Bid Management professional body e.g. Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
- Experience of Shipley bid management best practice.
- Knowledge of the Public and Private Sector market.

Salary: Up to £70k
Benefits: 10% bonus, £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
