The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

No two bids are exactly the same, so variety comes with the territory.

You'll

  • Lead opportunities from first review through to final submission
  • Bring together experts from across the business and keep projects moving
  • Craft engaging and persuasive responses to public and private sector tenders
  • Ensure submissions meet procurement, legal and compliance requirements
  • Challenge and improve content to make every bid as strong as possible
  • Manage clarification questions, supplier portals and customer interactions
  • Support presentations and help tell our story in a way that stands out
  • Build and maintain a strong library of winning content, evidence and case studies
  • Continuously look for smarter, better ways to improve our bid process

What We're Looking For

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience managing complex bids, tenders or proposals
  • Loves turning information into clear, customer-focused content
  • Is organised, proactive and keeps multiple projects on track
  • Can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality mindset
  • Is comfortable working with Microsoft Office and proposal management tools
  • Understands UK procurement environments and compliance requirements
  • Holds a degree or relevant professional experience (APMP certification is a bonus)
