Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Manager, Europe, Middle East, and Africa Bids and Proposals to join our Europe, Middle East, and Africa Deal Operations Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing regional bid management team that pursues and delivers high-quality, compliant, and compelling public and private sector proposals across the region. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and senior regional stakeholders across a complex matrix organization, you will provide strategic leadership across the full bid lifecycle while accelerating the effective use of Artificial Intelligence and proposal technology to optimize performance and seller experience.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional bid management team to deliver customer-focused, compliant winning proposals across public and private sector opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, business units, operations leadership, and subject matter experts to manage intake, assign resources, and establish strategic messaging and win themes for major pursuits.
- Ensure strict compliance and strong governance across formal public sector tender processes while serving as the primary escalation point for bid, personnel, and compliance risks.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of bid and proposal management experience, including at least 4 years successfully managing a proposal team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of complex public sector procurements and Europe, Middle East, and Africa procurement rules.
- Proven ability in strategic bid execution, stakeholder management in a matrix organization, and coaching proposal teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience (Association of Proposal Management Professionals Practitioner certification preferred).
