Bid & Proposals Manager | London | Hybrid
Looking for a role where you can genuinely shape how a business wins work? We're working on a newly created Bid & Proposals Manager position within a growing professional services firm. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on leading high-value bids, proposals and presentations, while improving the processes, tools and approach used to convert opportunities into wins.
You'll work closely with partners, subject matter experts and business development colleagues to lead major tenders from qualification through to submission and interview stage. It's a role for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up, influencing senior stakeholders and raising the overall quality and consistency of bid activity.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading the full bid lifecycle from qualification through to submission and presentations
- Managing major tenders, proposals and pitch opportunities
- Improving bid processes, content libraries and knowledge management systems
- Supporting partners with client presentations, credentials and interview preparation
- Driving greater structure and commercial rigour around business development opportunities
- Coordinating post-bid reviews and lessons learned to improve win rates
- Developing templates, collateral and presentation materials
What we're looking for:

- Previous bids, proposals or pursuits experience within professional services
- Experience leading complex bids and managing multiple stakeholders
- Someone who enjoys improving processes and introducing best practice
- Commercially minded, organised and proactive
