About the Company
Our client is a specialist provider serving both the life sciences industry and adjacent non-life science sectors. They operate at the intersection of technical expertise and commercial partnership, helping organizations navigate complex requirements while delivering tailored solutions.
The company is currently in a growth phase and looking to expand their business development capabilities to capitalize on emerging opportunities across their target markets.
The Role
The role owns the full bid process (RFPs, proposals, pricing models, contracts) while also helping the operational side of the sales function — timelines, stakeholder coordination, and process quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Project manage all pre-sales proposals and request activities from initial receipt through final submission, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables
- Effectively coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams to develop winning responses
- Lead internal response team alignment calls and checkpoint discussions to understand customer needs, confirm scope, identify key differentiators, and guide the team on assignments and timelines
- Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks (including formatting, proofreading, and editing of all proposal deliverables) to ensure accuracy, clarity, compliance, and a polished appearance
- Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other team projects, consistently meeting deadlines
- Respond to customer and stakeholder queries before, during, and after bid submission
