Bid & Pursuits Opportunity | London
I'm currently partnering with a leading international professional services organisation that is looking to strengthen its Business Development and Pursuits function in London.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value, strategic opportunities, supporting the development of compelling bids, proposals and client pursuits while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and managing the bid and proposal process from opportunity identification through to submission
- Developing persuasive client-facing proposals, presentations and pitch materials
- Working closely with stakeholders to define strategy, value propositions and key win themes
- Conducting research and market analysis to support pursuits activity
- Coordinating multiple opportunities simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery
- Contributing to content development, knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting presentation preparation and client engagement activities

Requirements
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience in bids, pursuits, proposals or business development within a professional services environment
- Strong writing, project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A commercial mindset and strong attention to detail
