We look for dynamic individuals who embrace technology, think differently, collaborate as team players, and are driven by continuous improvement with a focus on great results for our customers.

About the role

We’re looking for a Bid Support Coordinator to join our team and support Aspire’s strategic engagement function. You will work across multiple technology bids and tenders in the public and private sector. You will support the Strategic Engagement Lead to ensure that the end-to-end processes for bids and tenders operate efficiently and opportunities to win new business are maximised.

Our ideal candidate will have strong organisational, management and analytical skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks to successfully support IT bid management processes.

Within the role, you will be required to support the timely review of new tendered opportunities in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotes (RFQs), and other competitive procurement opportunities.

You will also collaborate closely with teams across Aspire, including Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Commercial/Finance, to curate bid support materials and maintain our bid library and common data set of tender information.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
