Bid / Sales Support Manager – Defence / Security – Up to £55K with Hybrid + Bonus
A Bid / Sales Support Manager with experience of the bidding process within a Technical Service environment predominantly in the Defence sector / MOD will contribute to the management and coordination of the full bid lifecycle process.
The successful Bid / Sales Support Manager will be a key member of the sales team of a leading Technical Consultancy, where you’ll focus on Defence and Security as well as wider technology opportunities.

The Bid / Sales Support Manager should bring the following:
- Experience in government / Defence industry procurement as well as business to business bidding.
- Proven experience of bidding in a technical services environment, predominantly in Defence / MOD.
- Preparation of commercial and technical bid or proposal documents.
- Experience of client contact.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Bid / Sales Support Manager will include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of bids including support to Contract negotiation.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivering compelling bid content and documentation aligned with customer requirements.
- Management of government frameworks.
- Liaising with legal teams on bid information.
