MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Bid Writer for our client, an established construction and civil engineering business delivering residential, commercial, educational and infrastructure projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Work Winning team, taking ownership of PQQ and tender submissions and developing high-quality content to help secure new projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop win strategies and answer plans
- Lead PQQ and tender submissions from start to finish
- Write and review high-quality tender, technical and methodology content
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
- Prepare materials for client presentations and tender interviews
- Develop project case studies through site visits
- Support continuous improvement across the Work Winning function

About You
- Experience preparing PQQs and tenders within construction or civil engineering
- Ideally 5+ years' experience, although candidates with slightly less experience will be considered
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
