Genuine progression opportunity to Bid Manager

EFT Construction is looking for an experienced Senior Bid Writer to join its growing in-house work-winning function. This is more than a traditional bid writing role. You’ll play an important part in securing new contracts and framework opportunities, working closely with senior leaders, pre-construction, estimating, commercial, and operational teams. As the business continues to grow, there is a clear opportunity for the successful candidate to develop into a future Bid Manager position.

The role will include:

  • Writing and managing PQQs, SQs, ITTs, framework submissions, method statements, and case studies
  • Turning technical construction information into persuasive, high-scoring responses
  • Supporting bid strategy, storyboarding, and win themes
  • Managing multiple submissions and deadlines
  • Developing bid content libraries and improving processes
  • Reviewing tender feedback and continuously improving submission quality
  • Using technology and AI-assisted tools to improve bid development and efficiency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
