Role Description
The BID WRITER (REMOTE) is a full-time role, responsible for preparing high-quality proposals and tender responses for digital marketing, SEO, social media, content, and web solution projects. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather information, develop win themes, and refine pricing and service narratives. The Bid Writer will maintain a library of reusable content, update case studies and credentials, and ensure all submissions meet deadlines and quality standards. The position also requires:
- Monitoring tender portals
- Supporting post-bid clarifications
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the bid process
Qualifications
- Strong bid and proposal writing skills, including the ability to produce clear, structured, and persuasive content tailored to client requirements.
- Experience in research and information gathering to understand client needs, industry standards, and competitive landscapes.
- Proficiency in editing and proofreading to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with tender instructions.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, content creation, and web solutions to accurately represent NJ Digital Solutions’ services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Competence in using productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and online tender platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple bids simultaneously in a structured, organized manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field; prior bid writing or proposal management experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with UK or international procurement processes and RFP/RFQ structures is an advantage.
