Overview
Biddable Account Manager
We are hiring a Biddable Account Manager to join Starcom Performics, an award-winning performance marketing team delivering exceptional results for some of the world's most recognised brands. In this role, you'll lead Paid Search and Paid Social activity for Stellantis, helping to shape campaigns that connect people with iconic automotive brands and drive measurable business outcomes. You'll combine strategic thinking, analytical expertise and collaborative working to unlock growth opportunities across multiple digital channels. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Own the day-to-day delivery, optimisation and performance of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across selected Stellantis brands.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies that improve campaign effectiveness and deliver against agreed client objectives.
- Lead campaign activation across key platforms, ensuring high-quality execution, accuracy and best practice standards.
- Analyse performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations and actions.
- Manage budgets, forecasting and campaign pacing to ensure financial accuracy and effective investment decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through regular reporting, insightful performance updates and strategic guidance.
- Support and develop junior team members while collaborating with specialist and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into meaningful actions.
- Confidence presenting recommendations and performance updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
- Attention to detail across campaign management, reporting, measurement and budget management.
- Collaborative communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with colleagues, clients and partners.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, emerging platforms and industry developments, with a curiosity to explore new ideas and approaches.
