Job Description
For our Biddable media team we are looking for a Biddable Account Manager, who will support the team in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns across both Search & Social platforms with a focus on the UK.
In this growing team, this individual will act as an expert on all things Paid Social and Search for both our clients and junior team members. They will also oversee the daily delivery and optimisation of campaigns.
The perfect candidate will have strong experience working on performance clients through key channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram and TikTok, with other channels such as Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn being a plus.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to join a growing team. For someone who wants to learn from a wide range of clients, industries and digital disciplines, which are of central importance to today’s advertising and media industry.
General Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Complete timesheets on a regular, minimum of a weekly basis
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Adhere to quality assurance policies
Biddable Expertise
- Being a source of expertise in Biddable Media – particularly Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram and TikTok) and Paid Search – for the wider business and our clients
- Establish an understanding of all areas of KINESSO’s expertise and the products/services we can provide to our clients, as well as the wider Omnicom Media group
- Develop an understanding of the various digital media channels (Affiliates, SEO, Programmatic, Strategy, Influencer Marketing) and the role of Social & PPC
- Contribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve results
- Keep up to date with and lead the testing of new SEM products, including advanced features and beta trials for Google Ads, as well as utilizing the full range of features in third party tracking tools

Leadership & Management
- Lead the day-to-day client campaign or project development and execution
- Ensure that all client campaigns follow the internal Best Practices & Campaign Lifecycle Management
- Support Account Executives & Senior Account Executives and ensure that high standards of work are delivered
- Provide consistent and effective support to Account Directors
- Prepare and lead performance review presentations
- Lead development of regular results analysis & reporting, recommendations and presentations
- Collaborate effectively with our off-shore teams
Client Service
- Lead the day-to-day client relationship
- Help to educate the clients on PPC & Social strategies and tactics; engage clients in the world of digital communications by demonstrating its direct response, creative and brand building abilities
- Work to understand your client’s pressures and internal demands to ensure KINESSO provides the right response at the right time in the right manner
- Build an understanding of the client’s business and digital marketing objectives, and develop strategies to help meet those objectives
- Effectively set and manage client expectations
- Understand individual client needs (on specific projects and beyond) so you can help them be successful in their roles, and to their bosses; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well
- Ensure all media schedules, forecasts and recommendations are fit for the client and it is easy for the client to access
- Provide support to clients with marketing issues and opportunities, engaging Account Director as appropriate
- Monitor trade press relating to your client’s business
- Monitor your client’s competitors and their activity

People Management
- Actively nurture the goal of making KINESSO an enjoyable place for staff to work and for clients to engage with
- Develop the skills and knowledge of the Account Executives through mentoring, supervision and providing feedback on performance
- Delegate the appropriate tasks and the appropriate amount of tasks to ensure an acceptable workload
- Keep the Account Director informed of Account Executive’s development and performance
- Identify opportunities for Account Executive to take ownership of tasks or projects to develop and grow
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
