The Role

We’re looking for a Biddable Account Manager to join our DTC Performance Media team. You’ll play a key role in the activation, optimisation and management of performance media campaigns across Paid Social and wider biddable channels.

You’ll work closely with our trading, media, data and analytics teams to deliver strong performance for UK and European clients, using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive commercial results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day activation, optimisation and reporting of client media campaigns.
  • Bring strong knowledge of Paid Social, with an understanding of Search, App and Video channels.
  • Use data and performance insights to make recommendations and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Work closely with data and analytics teams to understand performance and drive results.
  • Build strong relationships with media owners and publishers, supporting a test-and-learn approach.
  • Prepare accurate and engaging client performance reports and presentations.
  • Develop and support junior team members.
  • Manage multiple priorities and keep clients and internal teams informed of progress.
  • Build trusted client relationships and develop a strong understanding of their business.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years’ experience in Paid Social / Biddable Media.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct-response media.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a genuine passion for data and numbers.
  • Strong Excel skills – you’re comfortable getting stuck into data and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and comfortable managing upwards when needed.
  • A commercially minded approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and strong client relationships.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, scripts, algorithms or AI would be advantageous.

Please note: This role is based in London and requires 3 days per week in the office, with 2 days working from home. Additional office attendance may occasionally be required for client meetings or team commitments.
