Job Description

Biddable Brand Lead

London

Who We Are

We’re looking for an experienced Biddable Brand Lead to join our European Digital Activation Hub, working with a well-known sportswear brand operating at the intersection of sport, culture and creativity.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our largest and most strategically important partnerships, with the chance to shape the future of digital brand activation across Europe. You’ll work across multiple markets, alongside talented specialists in media, data, technology and activation, helping to deliver connected and innovative marketing at scale.

At Omnicom Media, we believe our best work happens when people have the opportunity to make an impact, develop their careers and bring different perspectives to the table. We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where our people can thrive, supported by strong learning and development opportunities and a collaborative global community.

If you’re passionate about digital media, enjoy bringing people and markets together, and want the opportunity to influence how a major global brand approaches digital activation, this could be a fantastic next step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital brand activation across Europe, overseeing paid social, programmatic, online video and emerging channels, ensuring activity is strategically aligned and delivered to a consistently high standard across markets.
  • Set the vision and standards for best-in-class activation, developing frameworks, playbooks and governance that translate central communications strategy into effective and locally relevant execution.
  • Provide senior oversight of major brand campaigns and key business moments, ensuring planning intent translates effectively into market activation and identifying opportunities to improve delivery and impact.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across European markets, acting as a strategic consultant and advisor on activation challenges, opportunities and emerging best practice.
  • Lead the Biddable Centre of Excellence, bringing together specialist expertise and market learnings to raise standards, identify capability gaps and share innovation across the network.
  • Champion collaboration across central and local teams, creating opportunities for markets to share knowledge and balancing regional consistency with appropriate local flexibility.
  • Drive effectiveness and innovation, partnering with Data, Analytics, Effectiveness and Investment teams to turn measurement and insights into practical activation recommendations and stronger brand outcomes.
  • Develop a culture of experimentation, identifying opportunities across platforms, formats, technology and audience strategies, with learnings captured and shared across markets.
  • Partner across the wider account, working with Performance, Strategy & Planning, Creative and Media Operations to ensure digital activation connects seamlessly with the broader media strategy.
  • Provide leadership across the brand activation function, prioritising resources and overseeing programme delivery to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and consistently across multiple markets.
  • Lead and develop a team of senior specialists, building capability through coaching, training and development while fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration and craft excellence.
  • Bring a strong commercial perspective, balancing client ambition, investment opportunities and operational requirements to identify solutions that improve both the work and the wider partnership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
