Biddable Manager - Programmatic & Paid Social - £40k - London

This big brand are looking for a Biddable Manager to join their in house marketing team and play a key role in shaping and scaling digital activity. This role has a focus on programmatic and paid social.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Digital planning and strategy across programmatic and paid social.
  • Owning the execution and optimisation of programmatic campaigns.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and partners across the UK.
  • Delivering performance insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Leading by example—supporting and mentoring team members.
  • Running daily diagnostics to ensure campaigns are performing flawlessly.
  • Acting as a programmatic and paid social expert in internal meetings, training, and discussions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in programmatic with up-to-date platform knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the wider digital ecosystem, especially paid social.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
  • Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
