Biddable Manager – Paid Social

We're looking for a talented Biddable Manager to join our Manchester team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paid Social professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about delivering best-in-class digital campaigns.
The Role
As a Biddable Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, activating and optimising Paid Social campaigns across major platforms including Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you'll help shape campaign strategy, deliver outstanding performance and mentor junior team members.
You'll be someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and is always looking for new ways to improve performance through testing, innovation and continuous learning.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the development and delivery of Paid Social strategies across multiple campaigns.
- Build data-led media plans, forecasts and campaign recommendations.
- Manage the end-to-end activation of campaigns, ensuring quality assurance and timely delivery.
- Monitor, optimise and analyse campaign performance against KPIs.
- Drive testing strategies across audiences, creative and platform features to maximise results.
- Present campaign performance, insights and recommendations confidently to stakeholders.
- Coordinate reporting that clearly communicates both performance and actionable insights.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, accurately and within budget.
- Help develop and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
About You
You'll already have experience managing Paid Social campaigns within an agency environment and be looking to take the next step in your career.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong hands-on experience across Paid Social platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
- A solid understanding of Paid Social best practice and wider performance marketing principles.
- Experience planning, activating and optimising performance campaigns.
- Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience across additional biddable platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or Amazon Ads would be advantageous but isn't essential.
