About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and performance-driven Senior Paid Search & Social Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising integrated digital campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Video and App platforms for a portfolio of leading UK and international clients. You'll work closely with Account Managers, Directors and specialist teams to turn data into actionable insights, drive campaign performance, and deliver exceptional client service.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong hands-on platform experience who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys balancing analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. You'll play a key role in campaign delivery while building trusted relationships with clients and partners, contributing new ideas, and helping to shape innovative, technology-led solutions that drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Delivery
- Support the Account Manager and Director in developing media and audience strategies to meet client goals across Search, Social, Video and App.
- Day-to-day management, reporting and optimisation of large clients across the UK team, including clients running Europe-wide.
- Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of search and social media marketing, and the applicable technology and campaign management platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics).
- Own tracking, trafficking and bid management through the appropriate tools.
- Analyse campaign performance data, turning metrics into clear, actionable insight and recommendations.
- Take ownership of day-to-day troubleshooting, escalating more complex issues to the Account Manager or Director as needed.
- Hold responsibility for paid social and search campaigns, hitting targets and improving performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Support the Account Manager and Director in managing client relationships, acting as a link between clients, media owners/publishers, and internal teams.
- Build an understanding of each client's marketing objectives and wider business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility.
- Competently and confidently produce client-ready reports; help prepare client performance review presentations.
- Provide regular results analysis, reporting and recommendations; coordinate and distribute regular status reports.
- Keep clients and the account team updated on the status of account activities.
- Build relationships with key media owners, publishers and technology partners, staying current on new capabilities.
- Effectively manage client expectations and ensure clients have the information and materials they need to do their jobs well.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively across Account Management, trading, analytics and campaign engineering.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Follow internal processes and SLAs, feeding back observations to help improve how the team works.
- Manage and prioritise assigned tasks, understanding the importance behind projects or asking for clarification where needed.
Innovation & Initiative
- Bring curiosity and initiative, with an interest in scripts, algorithms and AI, Mediahub positions technology as innovation, so prior experience here is a strong plus.
- Use your personal passion and creativity to develop intelligent, effective ideas and process improvements for your clients.
- Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client's business, how we work, and the industry; establish a presence in the agency and have a voice in meetings.
- Work with an attitude of "it's up to me to make it happen."

Desired Skills & Experience
- Proven experience developing and implementing Paid Search & Social campaigns.
- Strong communication skills in all forms, with a willingness to build client-facing confidence.
- Solid quantitative and analytical ability, with a genuine interest in data storytelling, you're an excellent Excel user, data turns you on, and you talk in numbers.
- Organised, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, comfortable asking questions to get to the right answer; able to manage up where necessary.
- Genuine curiosity and a hands-on approach to learning the ecosystem.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and delivers work with the highest level of quality and integrity.
- Builds positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving client goals.
