Bidding Manager

FieldworkHub is a specialist market research fieldwork agency. We are a small, diverse team of approximately 12 people, which means every person has genuine influence. Every client, every project and every promise matters.

We have built our reputation by being responsive, realistic and rigorous: giving clients honest feasibility, recruiting the right participants, managing projects carefully and providing outstanding client service.

We’re looking for someone who shares those values and wants to help us grow by building lasting client relationships and winning the right work.

What you’ll be doing

This isn’t a traditional sales role. A large part of your time will be spent responding to inbound sales leads. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing several key accounts, responding to inbound opportunities, and ensuring that FieldworkHub proposals consistently reflect the quality of service we’re known for.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys developing relationships, spotting opportunities and helping clients find the right solution – not simply chasing sales targets. Working closely with our leadership, feasibility and project management teams, you’ll help shape how we win business and continue strengthening our reputation within the market research industry.

Bid Management

  • Review allocated incoming research briefs to assess feasibility, gather clarifications, and coordinate bid responses.
  • Provide costing guidance and strategic input for project quotes, ensuring margin protection and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with project managers and directors on high-priority or complex bids.
  • Maintain and improve internal sales processes to increase conversion rates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
