About Liva

Since our inception in 2015 in Denmark, Liva has been a pioneer in the field of digital behaviour change. Our ambition is to empower 1 million people by 2030 to improve their health and well-being by preventing and managing chronic conditions through digitally-powered, evidence-based lifestyle interventions.

Headquartered in Copenhagen and London, our collaborations with healthcare systems - including the NHS, life science companies and health insurers - allow us to impact lives at scale.

We have big ambitions. To help us achieve these we’re looking for a Bids and Partnerships Manager to accelerate our growth in the UK health and related public and VCSE sectors, as well as supporting internationally.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Chief Partnerships Officer, and working with colleagues across Liva’s teams, you will lead on researching, developing and submitting high-quality public sector tender responses, often within complex framework environments. This will form the majority of the role but, alongside this, there is also significant scope for strategic partnership and business development initiatives, including maximising our position on existing frameworks and developing the public sector SaaS market.

Responsibilities

Bid management and writing:

  • Respond to invitations to tender for chronic disease prevention and management services at national, regional and local levels, with a focus on high-value health and local government opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end bid process including opportunity identification, bid/no-bid documentation, pre-bid planning, document management, drafting, refining, proofreading and submitting compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and key stakeholders to gather information and tailor responses to client needs and our skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure all bids are compliant with client specifications and procurement frameworks.
  • Continue to grow our library of reusable bid content and templates, incorporating feedback and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
