Bids & Proposals Coordinator

We're on the lookout for an exceptionally organised, articulate and commercially minded Bids & Proposals Coordinator to help us turn exciting business opportunities into brilliant proposals.

You don't need experience in our industry, an existing network or years of business development experience.

What you do need is the ability to write exceptionally well, work confidently with numbers, organise complex information and bring structure and clarity to contributions from lots of different people.

You'll work across Business Development, Creative, Production, Projects, Technology and Finance to help coordinate and produce bids, proposals, estimates and tender responses for opportunities around the world.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional who wants exposure to the commercial heart of a fast-moving, creative and technical business.

About Us:

CONDUCTR is a dynamic collective of designers, technologists, media experts, producers & engineers. The vision is simple - fuse the creativity of a design studio, with the innovation of a tech lab, to create a one-stop shop for extraordinary guest-centric, 360 attraction experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Bids & Proposals

  • Coordinate bids, tenders and proposals from initial opportunity through to submission.
  • Read and interpret client briefs, tender documents and submission requirements, identifying exactly what CONDUCTR needs to provide.
  • Help develop clear, compelling written responses that communicate our thinking, capabilities and proposed approach.
  • Gather and coordinate input from teams across CONDUCTR, keeping contributors clear on what is required and by when.
  • Bring consistency to submissions, checking that responses answer the brief and tell a coherent story.
  • Proofread and quality-check documents for accuracy, clarity, grammar and completeness.
  • Help maintain reusable bid content, case studies, credentials and supporting information.

Organisation & Coordination

  • Create and manage bid plans, deadlines and submission requirements.
  • Keep multiple contributors and work streams moving towards a fixed deadline.
  • Proactively chase information and flag gaps or risks early.
  • Maintain organised records of opportunities, submissions and supporting materials.
  • Help improve the tools, templates and processes we use to make future bids faster and better.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Estimating & Commercial Support

  • Support the preparation and coordination of project estimates and commercial information.
  • Gather costing inputs from relevant teams and help bring them together into clear, structured estimates.
  • Check calculations, assumptions and information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Work with Finance, Production and Business Development to ensure the commercial information within proposals is consistent.
  • Maintain accurate records of submitted proposals, estimates and commercial assumptions.

You won't be expected to arrive knowing how to price complex CONDUCTR projects. We'll teach you that. What matters is that you're comfortable with numbers, naturally accurate and interested in understanding how things add up.

You Should Be:

  • An excellent written communicator and can turn complicated information into clear, engaging language.
  • Highly numerate and comfortable working with figures, spreadsheets and calculations.
  • Exceptionally attention to detail focused — you notice when something doesn't add up.
  • Someone who loves bringing order and structure to lots of moving parts.
  • Able to work calmly and accurately when deadlines are tight.
  • Confident asking questions and chasing more senior colleagues for what you need.
  • Naturally curious and wants to understand the why, rather than simply completing a task.
  • Able to take information from several people and turn it into one coherent output.
  • Someone who takes real pride in the quality of what leaves the building.
  • Able to learn quickly and is excited by unfamiliar subjects.

We're much more interested in capability and potential than industry experience. A degree or equivalent experience may be useful, but the way you think, write and solve problems matters more to us than what you studied.

You don't need:

  • Previous experience in the experiential, attractions or entertainment industries.
  • An existing client network.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • To arrive knowing how CONDUCTR estimates or delivers projects.
