Bike Repair Collections & Logistics Lead

Reporting to the Bike Repair Operations Support Manager, the Bike Repair Collections & Logistics Lead is responsible for planning and coordinating our collection and delivery network across London, managing a small team of drivers, and acting as an escalation point for operational issues.

At the same time, you will regularly undertake collections and deliveries yourself, helping maintain operational resilience through a hands-on approach within the organisation.

This is a hybrid operational and team lead position that combines route planning, logistics management, and hands-on driving responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic problem-solving and being actively involved in the operation, someone who thrives working independently whilst also enjoys customer interaction and understands the value and importance of customer's bikes.

The Day to Day

Logistics Planning & Operations

  • Plan and optimise daily collection and delivery routes across London, managing vehicle capacity, delivery zones, and customer booking availability.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, utilisation, service levels, and costs.
  • Take ownership of route changes, delays, and operational exceptions throughout the day, working closely with Customer Operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Analyse logistics performance data and support the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes to improve operational efficiency.

Driver Leadership & Team Management

  • Manage and support a team of drivers, fostering a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
  • Create and manage driver rotas and holiday schedules, ensuring appropriate operational cover.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new drivers, while monitoring performance and identifying coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure drivers consistently follow company processes, safety requirements, and customer service standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
