Cardiff | Welsh Speaker Essential | Temporary Opportunity (until June 2027)
Our client, a leading Welsh education organisation, is seeking a proactive and organised administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment while making a meaningful contribution to Welsh language education.
The Role
- Provide advice and guidance on Welsh-medium education processes and procedures to a range of stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality administrative support across a variety of projects and activities.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Collect, analyse, and report on data to support informed decision-making.
- Help identify and implement improvements to processes and ways of working.
- Support colleagues with Welsh-medium education matters and initiatives.
- Create engaging social media content to promote the team's activities and achievements.

About You
- Fluent Welsh language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Welsh and English.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
- The ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to use your initiative.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently to deadlines.
- An interest in promoting Welsh language and education initiatives, including through social media.
