About The Role

We are engaging PhD-level Psychology professionals with Cantonese and English fluency to contribute to an innovative AI training project. You will apply your expertise to analyze psychological content, develop culturally sensitive scenarios, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, ethics, and alignment with psychological best practices. No prior AI experience is required — your professional psychology expertise is what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze psychological case studies, documentation, and scenarios, providing nuanced professional feedback
  • Develop culturally appropriate psychological scenarios and materials in Cantonese and English
  • Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and adherence to professional best practices
  • Review how psychological concepts and assessments are represented across Cantonese and English
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychology-focused perspectives and recommendations
  • Document evaluation processes, findings, and reasoning clearly and systematically
  • Identify cultural, linguistic, or contextual issues that could affect the interpretation of psychological content
  • Help improve AI systems' ability to understand and generate high-quality psychology-related content

Requirements

  • PhD in Psychology or a closely related psychology discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical and/or academic psychology
  • Native or near-native Cantonese proficiency
  • Strong English proficiency, including the ability to communicate complex psychological concepts accurately
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and ethical decision-making skills
  • Experience developing, reviewing, or evaluating psychological case studies, assessments, or research materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
