Role: Bilingual Client Project Associate

Location: London (Hybrid)
A growing international professional services firm is seeking an ambitious Bilingual Client Project Associate to join its expanding Project Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving and communication skills to work across a portfolio of complex client projects within the commercial insurance sector.
The team is seeking an individual with C1 level or above proficiency in any European language (Eastern European languages preferred). You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, corporate clients, brokers and insurers while developing strong project management, commercial and client-facing skills.
The Role
You'll work as part of a growing Project Management function, supporting a delivery team across a portfolio of corporate clients and complex insurance-related cases. The role offers significant exposure to client engagement, project coordination and internal transformation initiatives.

In this role, you could be:
- Coordinating the set-up and delivery of multiple projects across internal teams and external partners
- Supporting a portfolio of corporate clients and managing day-to-day client engagement
- Monitoring project progress, including renewal dates, required workstreams and budgets
- Managing client queries and coordinating with internal technical and market management teams
- Producing client-facing documentation, including renewal reports and other project materials
- Supporting the identification of client opportunities and the development of proposals
- Supporting internal transformation projects, including project planning, tracking and execution monitoring

Requirements
- Fluency in English and C1 level or above proficiency in at least one European language is essential
- Eastern European language skills are highly desirable, including languages such as Polish, Romanian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian or Slovenian
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of a problem from formulation through to conclusion
- Experience dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders would be highly beneficial
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
