Cofoundry is coming to London — and we’re hiring!
For the launch of our first London workspace at 179 Tottenham Court Road, we’re looking for a Bilingual Community & Sales Coordinator to join our team.
This is more than a traditional front-office role. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, people-focused and commercially minded, ready to become a key point of contact for our members and contribute to the growth of Cofoundry London.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome members, visitors and prospective clients
- Organise and conduct workspace tours
- Understand prospective clients’ needs and recommend suitable workspace solutions
- Manage enquiries and help convert leads into memberships, office rentals and meeting room bookings
- Manage meeting rooms and daily front-office activities
- Support our members and help create an active and welcoming community
- Help organise networking events and develop local partnerships
- Contribute to the commercial growth of Cofoundry London

What we’re looking for:
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian, as both languages are required for the role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach
- A commercial mindset and confidence when dealing with prospective clients
- Previous experience in coworking, serviced offices, hospitality, property, sales or customer-facing roles would be an advantage

The role:
📍 London – 179 Tottenham Court Road
🕘 Full-time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week
💷 £27,000 gross per annum
🎯 Performance-related commercial bonus
