What you’ll do at work
- Support UK and France customers via phone, email, and online systems, logging and resolving software queries while developing application support skills.
- You'll troubleshoot issues, assist with software testing, maintain accurate records, and work with Customer Support, Product, Development, and Operations teams.
- Gain hands-on experience supporting business software while completing your Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship and building a career in technical support.

Other Requirements
- This is an office-based role requiring prolonged computer use, handling customer enquiries, and balancing multiple support requests. Candidates must be able to travel to the Wootton, Oxfordshire office Monday to Friday.
- Office-based 5 days a week, Monday to Friday initially, and then the option to work from home once settled in. Mondays and Fridays, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office.
- References, basic DBS, and UK sanctions checks are required before appointment.
