Job Opportunity: Language Support for International Football Fixtures
We are looking for confident bilingual speakers to provide language support during several international football fixtures in the North East.
Role Description
The role is to help facilitate communication between visiting/away fans and event stewards, helping away fans feel comfortable and supported during their visit.
Requirements
You must be:
- Fully bilingual or highly confident communicating in English and the required language
- Comfortable helping translate and facilitate conversations from English into the language and vice versa
- Confident speaking with different people in a busy event environment
- Friendly, approachable, and reliable

Qualifications
No formal interpreting qualification is required, but excellent spoken English and fluency in the relevant language are essential.
