Responsibilities

Bilingual French Account Manager

Location: Central London

Fully office-based in London Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000 per annum to £40,000 per annum depending on experience

Main Duties

A dynamic client-facing role combining administrative assistance and operational exposure within a high-end consultancy firm.

  • Managing client files and processing documentation
  • Providing exceptional support to clients

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered smoothly and on time
  • Manage client expectations and provide clear updates throughout the process
  • Track progress, identify delays or issues, and ensure they are resolved promptly
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Handle sensitive or difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Identify additional client needs and contribute to improving processes and customer experience

Candidate's Profile

  • Previous experience in account management, client services or equivalent
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at the same time
  • Fluent in both French and English to a very high standard, with excellent communication skills
  • Confident handling sensitive situations and communicating complex information clearly
  • Flexible and resilient, able to adapt to changing circumstances and unexpected delays
  • Strong team player with the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments
  • Proactive, solution-focused and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Happy to work from a Central London based office Monday to Friday essential (no hybrid or remote-working options available)
  • Inquisitive and proactive, with a genuine desire to learn and embrace new challenges
