Role: Bilingual Graduate Analyst Salary: Up to £33k + Industry Leading Bonus! Location: London (Hybrid)
A growing international professional services firm is seeking an ambitious Bilingual Graduate Analyst to join its expanding research and analysis team. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-achieving graduate to begin their career in a fast-paced, analytical environment.
The Role
You'll work alongside experienced professionals on a range of research-led and analytical projects. The role will offer exposure to complex business challenges and the opportunity to develop strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills within a growing international organisation.

In this role, you could be:
- Conducting detailed research and analysis across a range of business and commercial topics
- Reviewing and interpreting complex documentation to identify key information, trends, and areas requiring further investigation
- Working with large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information to develop clear, structured insights
- Preparing written reports, research summaries, and presentations for senior colleagues and clients
- Identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and key findings through detailed analysis
- Supporting senior team members on complex, time-sensitive projects
- Using your language skills to support research and analysis involving international markets and documentation

Requirements
- Fluency in English and C1 level or above proficiency in at least one Eastern European language is essential. Relevant languages may include Polish, Romanian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian, or other Eastern European languages
- A graduate with strong academic performance and a degree in a rigorous academic discipline
- Newly graduated or with up to 1 year of professional experience
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative information
