We’re looking for a tenacious, goal-oriented, and super driven Sales Executive to join our inbound sales team during an exciting phase of growth. Working with warm leads, you will be negotiating and signing new partners, developing relationships, building a pipeline of new business and being the voice of Treatwell. A big part of this role is also gathering relevant feedback to help us constantly improve our product.

You will be responsible for:
- Qualifying inbound leads and educating partners on the Treatwell offering and the impact of a software system for salon operations
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, maximising revenue while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Running live web based demos with prospective partners
- Consulting on different Treatwell packages to meet the needs of the partner
- Onboarding new partners with the help of the training team
- Supporting partners in adopting the software in their first two months using Treatwell Pro
- Planning your days to balance sales meetings and after sales activity
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Recording all activity in our CRM

About you:
- Previous experience in a sales environment with a proven track record of consistent performance
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, results driven environment
- Ability to deal with deadline pressure and working to targets
- You are a fast learner, challenge the norm and enjoy constantly developing yourself
- You are proactive, take ownership of performance and take time to self-reflect
- You are positive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Candidates must also be fluent in at least one additional language. While we welcome applicants with any language skills, proficiency in any European language, Mandarin, or Vietnamese would be particularly advantageous for this role.
