The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Italian-speaking Sales Representative to join our successful international sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets, and developing long-term client partnerships.

You will be responsible for managing and growing business across Italian-speaking territories, helping customers maximise the value of our advertising and technology solutions while contributing to the continued growth of Sandhills Global.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the trucking, construction, and agricultural equipment sectors.
  • Promote and sell Sandhills' advertising products and cloud-based technology services to prospective customers.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including telephone prospecting and customer outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to support their ongoing business objectives.
  • Provide consultative support by educating customers on the full range of Sandhills products and services available to them.
  • Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring excellent service and delivering measurable results.
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients and strengthen business relationships. Travel requirements are typically around one week per month, subject to business needs, and will primarily be within Italian-speaking territories.

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
  • Full, clean UK or EU driving licence.
  • Ability to commute to our Manchester city centre office.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in developing new business through prospecting and account management.
