Commercial Energy Solutions (CES) are a long-established Energy Brokers & Consultants based in Beckenham / Bromley.
We are looking for a Bill Validation Executive to support our customers and Senior Account Managers.
This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum + KPI bonuses. Higher salary is available for experienced industry experts. Remote working may be considered depending on industry experience.

The Role:
- Perform bill validation - taking full ownership for the monthly billing cycle
- Analyse potential over/under charges and assist Account Managers in resolving queries
- Process Change of Tenancy (COT)
- Resolving billing and metering queries, including sourcing billing data accessing supplier portals/Identifying validation errors and resolutions
- Identifying additional savings opportunities for a client
- Preparing annual utility budgets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Our ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Bill validation within the energy industry including processing Change of Tenancy
- Query management and customer service
- Effective communication and relationship building
- Good written and organisational skills
- Methodical and proactive with attention to detail
- Strong numeracy skills
- Team player.
Minimum Experience required:
- Bill Validation: 1 year (required)
- Energy Industry: 1 year (required).
