About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Billing Administrator to join our Revenue Assurance & Billing team. This role is at the heart of ensuring our partners receive accurate, timely billing for telecoms and IT services.
Please note, this is a fixed term contract role for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of accurate and timely monthly billing
- Working with data to check, validate, and resolve discrepancies
- Investigating and responding to billing queries
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and partners
- Producing reports and identifying trends or improvements
- Helping to improve processes and ways of working
- Taking ownership of tasks and managing your own workload effectively

Your Experience
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Excel and learning new systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A problem-solving mindset and high level of accuracy
