The Role
Working closely with the Head of Systems, you will be trained to take ownership for billing and finance activities, which ensures our partner billing is sent out accurately, and to schedule.
Duties include;
- Processing the monthly billing cycle
- Ensure billing is completed to agreed SLA's
- Interpreting and analysing data
- Raising invoices, statements & credits
- Daily review of billing tickets & mailboxes, responding to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Working with the wider team to resolve queries quickly and effectively
- Proactively make recommendations for improvements to processes

This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days on site in our London office (located by London Bridge station) and the remaining days from home. Please note, an initial training period will require the successful candidate to be in the office daily.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with current billing experience, ideally within telecoms or using the aBILLity platform.
Tela are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience through every interaction, therefore the successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to confidently interact with customers, take accountability for the resolution of queries from start to finish, and have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. A keen eye for detail is essential, as is an analytical and organised approach.
