We are currently looking for a Billing Analyst to join Zenith on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or a permanent opportunity. Based in Altrincham, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely customer invoicing, resolving billing queries, and ensuring excellent service for a portfolio of customers while supporting Zenith's commitment to outstanding customer experience.

You'll be joining a collaborative billing team that works together to achieve shared objectives, maintain high service standards, and support one another's success. The team manages a diverse customer portfolio, works closely with internal stakeholders across the business, and is focused on delivering accurate billing in line with customer SLAs while continually improving processes and sharing best practice.

What's The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and take ownership of all billing activities
  • Produce and issue accurate customer invoices in line with agreed SLAs
  • Build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Investigate and resolve billing disputes within agreed timescales
  • Collaborate with operational and finance teams to deliver prompt query resolution
  • Support team objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handle ad hoc customer requests and billing queries while maintaining service excellence
