We're looking for a proactive and analytical Billing Analyst to join our busy and supportive team. This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer accounts are set up correctly, charges are accurate and billing processes are working as they should, while investigating discrepancies and resolving issues when they arise.

This role would suit someone who enjoys analysing information, questioning anomalies and taking ownership of finding solutions.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer accounts, including account set up and closure.
- Reviewing billing information and ensuring customers have been charged correctly.
- Investigating discrepancies and identifying root causes.
- Managing large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
- Resolving customer account and billing queries.
- Speaking with customers over the phone, including handling sensitive and sometimes challenging conversations.
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.
- Supporting vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism.
