Job Title: Billing Assistant (Property Management)
Location: Glasgow
Duration: 6 months fixed-term contract. Full time, 1FTE
Role Purpose
To assist in the end-to-end process of billing all Property Management revenue, across multiple revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice raising through K2 & Peoplesoft Platforms - across all revenue streams, ensuring SOX compliance:
- Property Management Fees
- Facilities Management Fees
- Variable Fees
- Ad Hoc fees
- Project setup and maintenance on Peoplesoft
- Labour Allocation maintenance on Peoplesoft
- Management of Central Inbox
- Support with Service Charge team closure requests
- Respond to all SOX/Audit requests and queries
- Invoice Uploads to P2P system for automatic payment
- Proactive resolution of rejected/cancelled/queried items on P2P and those in the Registered/error status.
- Month end accrual support
- Coding of invoices on Coupa and Peoplesoft
- Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation, and escalation.
- Assist PM & FM Finance Business Partners & Assistant Business Partners as required
- Ad hoc projects and reporting support as required

Person Specification/Requirements
- Strong team player
- Presentable, personable and confident individual who can easily liaise with stakeholders across the business
- Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Comfortable with high volume, fast paced environment
- Quickly learns new and complex processes and the potential to implement new ones
- Ability to work using own initiative and comfortable with working with hybrid working
