Billing Assistant - Leading US Law Firm
London | Salary up to £37,000
I'm working with a leading US law firm that is looking to hire a Billing Assistant into its London office.
This will suit someone with legal billing experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced international firm, working closely with partners, lawyers and finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the billing cycle across a portfolio of matters
- Preparing and reviewing bills
- Handling billing queries
- Monitoring WIP and unbilled time
- Working with e-billing systems
- Assisting partners with billing deadlines and client requirements

Requirements
- Previous billing experience gained within a law firm
- Experience supporting high-volume billing processes
- Confidence communicating with partners, lawyers and finance teams
- Knowledge of e-billing and legal finance systems
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
