Billing Clerk
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Salary: £38,000-£48,000/year
Job Summary
We are hiring a Billing Clerk to prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on time. You'll help resolve billing discrepancies and maintain organized billing records to support the accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
- Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
- Respond to billing inquiries from customers or internal teams
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation
- Support collections follow-up as needed
- Assist with monthly billing reports

Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Accounting a plus
- 0-2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Excel and billing/accounting software
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information
